“She was treated like any other kid. Talked to, not at or down to. Conversations were held throughout the day, she was praised continuously, celebrated, and if she didn’t want to try something it wasn’t a big deal. She was encouraged and everything was made fun. Her boat captain and his son always asked before doing and throughout to make sure she was comfortable as well!”- Parent of Participant, Lake Coeur D’Alene

“It was amazing to provide the opportunity to the kids that typically wouldn’t have the means or support to fish. It was also great to see all the other volunteers leave their competitive nature at the wayside and just focus on providing a fun event for the kids. “- Boat Captain, Lake Coeur D’Alene
